Longtime Company Executive Named "Woman of Influence" by Real Estate Forum Magazine
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Judy Hoffman, chief of corporate operations for Trigild, a growing San Diego- based property management, receivership and loan recovery specialist, has been recognized by Real Estate Forum as a 2011 "Woman of Influence."
The editors of Real Estate Forum, one of the industry’s preeminent publications covering the commercial real estate industry, looked hard for standouts in the male dominated commercial real estate field, selecting 51 female candidates from nearly 200 nominations. According to the magazine, this year’s Women of Influence cover varied terrain, in terms of both professional disciplines and visibility. Some are in leasing and sales, while others are in finance and law; still others fit into their own categories. All, however, have excelled on their own terms.
A longtime leader in the commercial real estate field, Hoffman directs and oversees Trigild’s offices and divisions nationwide, playing a vital part in seeing that Trigild delivers the best service to all clients, as well as facilitating the services and support the corporate office provides its nationwide field offices.
A key member of the Trigild staff since the company formed 34 years ago, she has served the company in numerous capacities over the years, directing all new business and marketing activities and provided consulting services for over 300 different properties in a divesity of industries, including hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, assisted care senior housing, apartment/condo projects and water park/entertainment facilities. With her direction and vision, the event has become the commercial loan industry’s premier symposium for insight on dealing with non-performing loan portfolios. Last year’s conference was the company’s largest, most successful ever, with more than 60 speakers and 500 attendees. A longtime resident of San Diego’s Carmel Valley neighborhood, Hoffman has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from San Diego State University.
