Trigild’s Judy Hoffman Named 2012 “Woman of Influence” by Real Estate Forum Magazine
SAN DIEGO—Judy Hoffman, who was recently promoted to chief operating officer of Trigild–a rapidly growing full service real estate services company–has been recognized by Real Estate Forum as a “Woman of Influence” for the third consecutive year.

A longtime industry leader, Hoffman directs and oversees San Diego-based Trigild’s offices and divisions nationwide, with a focus on managing and maximizing value for assets in an array of sectors, including hospitality, multifamily, office, industrial, retail and petroleum properties. Serving the company in numerous capacities over the years, she now helps oversee 150 multi-million dollar properties, and in recent months has taken the company through one of the biggest growth periods in its history. In addition, Hoffman is founder and organizer of the annual Trigild Lender Conference, now the commercial loan industry’s premier symposium for insight on dealing with non-performing loan portfolios, which this year will be held October 17-19 at the Omni San Diego Hotel downtown.
A resident of San Diego’s Carmel Valley neighborhood, Hoffman has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
