The Third Judicial District of Salt Lake City, Utah, appointed Trigild – a San Diego based real estate services company with offices nationwide – as receiver of the historic Trolley Square Mall, a long time Salt Lake City shopping hub with roots dating back to 1847.  According to Trigild CEO/Receiver Bill Hoffman, Trigild will begin its oversight immediately. Originally built to house the Salt Lake City streetcars, the mall is constructed of historic trolley barns and is now a premier shopping center listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 318,562-square-foot, two-story retail center is situated on 13.5 acres and located at the corner of 600 and 700 East.   More>>>
