Keynotes Donald D. Sheets and Peter Muoio Announced for Seventh Annual
Trigild Spring Lender Conference
Speakers Address Potential Downturn, Asset Classes
SAN DIEGO (March 12, 2019) – Prominent commercial real estate and finance industry leaders Peter Muoio, Ph.D., chief economist at Ten-X, and Donald D. Sheets, managing director of Clarion Partners, will headline the seventh annual Trigild Lender Conference Spring 2019. Focusing on up-to-the-minute issues related to the commercial real estate and lending industries, this year’s event will be held in Dallas at Hotel ZaZa from April 17 to 18 and is hosted by Trigild, a San Diego-based real estate services firm specializing in property management, receivership, bankruptcy and advisory services.

Muoio is chief economist and head of data insights at Ten-X. He has more than thirty years of experience in real estate research, specializing in tailored real estate research for specific transactions, underwritings, portfolios and strategies, as well as a steady stream of research on the macro and regional economies, capital markets and their impact on the full spectrum of real estate segments.
Serving as portfolio manager of the Special Situations Debt Group (SSDG), Sheets is a member of Clarion’s Debt Investment Committee – with nearly 20 years of leadership, property acquisition, asset management, capital formation and restructuring experience across a variety of capital structures, asset types and geographies. SSDG was established upon Clarion’s acquisition of AlumCreek Holdings LLC (“ACH”), a private equity platform that Sheets established in 2014.
