Since 1976, Trigild has owned and operated multi family properties in locations throughout the U.S. We take a "task force" approach to the property’s management, assembling an appropriate team of experts to match specific challenges.
We immediately secure the asset and move rapidly to ensure that vacant units are vacant, down units are down, life safety issues are identified, that the rent roll reflects available leases, and that operating costs are consistent with the local market. As receiver and REO manager, Trigild has operated or managed assets of hundreds of other income properties types, among them retail, office and industrial. Depending on the asset’s location, size and unique challenges, either our management team will operate the property -- or we will engage a company that specializes in the specific type of property and location. To date, we have successfully handled hundreds of assignments for over 50 special servicers and lending institutions -- handling a variety of property types within their lending portfolios.
