Asset Disposition Services

Trigild has been successful at asset disposition, or selling assets from the receivership estate—thereby eliminating the lender ever taking title, optimizing loan recovery, and returning the lender’s capital investment in the shortest time possible. We work with real estate brokers to position the assets for sale, assist in compiling marketing materials, and speak to potential buyers who frequently want to speak to the receiver directly. Our disposition services include:

• Engaging a local real estate broker and working cooperatively to market the asset for sale
• Liquidation of inventory and FF&E
• Securing and maintaining a closed property
