Trigild has formed a special relationship with Burnham Real Estate and SeaCountry Homes that joins receivership, project management and brokerage services to offer a one-stop-shop to lenders with non-performing condominium, residential development, and traditional commercial real estate construction loans.
Under the new arrangements, Trigild will serve as court-appointed receiver and, as appropriate, Burnham Real Estate or SeaCountry Homes will handle the construction management and marketing for such projects. Trigild will continue to serve solely as receiver and operator of commercial properties with a business enterprise value, such as hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, golf courses, marinas and other nontraditional properties.
