TRIGILD SUCCESSFULLY WINDS UP FOUR RECEIVERSHIPS

SAN DIEGO, Calif., DECEMBER 6, 2007 – Trigild successfully finalized four receiverships during November as court appointed receiver. These receiverships include a condo conversion receivership in San Diego, CA; a hotel receivership in Taos, NM; a hotel receivership in McKinley County, NM; and a hotel and restaurant receivership in Abilene, KS.

In all cases Trigild prepared and filed all closing receiver’s report and final accounting. Two of the hotels went REO, one of which Trigild is serving as hotel management company and property manager. The fourth hotel was sold, whereas the condo conversion went REO and is now under a property management agreement with Trigild as property manager. Ultimately Trigild will assist in marketing the condos for disposition in order to provide commercial loan recovery for the lender.
