TRIGILD ADDS TWO NEW MEMBERS TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

SAN DIEGO, Ca - Trigild a distressed real estate, loan recovery and receivership specialist headquartered in San Diego -- has added two new members to its executive team: Greg Jabin, director of business development, and Kim Cody, director of special projects.

According to Bill Hoffman, president and CEO of Trigild, both Jabin and Cody will provide considerable industry expertise to Trigild’s growing client base. “We are pleased to have both Greg and Kim join our staff, and are confident that their significant financial and real estate experience will help us continue to grow our company and provide our clients with top caliber services.”

In his new position, Jabin will work closely with the financial community, developing new business relationships and utilizing his sales and project management expertise for receiverships of unfinished construction projects. Jabin is a seasoned real estate professional, having owned his own real estate investment and development company, Del Mar, Calif.-based Tuned Investments for six years. He also has a solid track record in the computer and software sales industry, and worked in high-level sales positions for IBM Corp. and Stonefly Networks. Jabin graduated with top honors earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from California State University at Los Angeles.

Cody will be based in Trigild's Atlanta office, where he will work as a project manager for unfinished construction projects throughout the country, providing asset management services when Trigild serves as a receiver for mixed-use projects.

With a strong background in working with receivers, real estate operations and financial structuring, Cody was most recently regional director of the Douglas Wilson Companies Atlanta office, overseeing court appointed fiduciary, consulting and real estate services for client properties throughout the Southeast. He holds an MBA in finance and a master’s degree in real estate and urban affairs from Georgia State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
