TRIGILD RECEIVER FOR THREE MULTI FAMILY COMPLEXES

SAN DIEGO, Calif., NOVEMBER 18, 2007 – Trigild is the court appointed receiver for three multi family complexes in Florida. One complex qualifies for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Some of the receivership services that Trigild will provide are overseeing management of all complexes through Trigild's Florida regional office, acting as a client liaison between on-site management and the court, and property accounting. Trigild has many years experience in distressed multifamily management and will apply its expertise to this matter.
