Spencer Ruberti

An Asset Manager in the San Diego office, Spencer Ruberti has been a member of the Trigild team for 8 years.

Where did you grow up? In the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY

What do enjoy doing in your free time? Playing basketball and watching sports

What do you find most rewarding about working with Trigild clients? I love collaborating with our clients to find solutions to complex problems. There are always new challenges, so it’s fun to figure out the best way to help clients achieve their end goals.

What is the most interesting situation you’ve encountered on a Trigild Project? It’s hard to narrow it down because we’ve come across some really bizarre situations. The one that stands out is probably when burglars literally fell through the ceiling of a vacant property we were visiting. Fortunately, we’d heard voices and had already called the police to help us secure the building.

High Yield & Distressed Realty Assets Summit, March 7-8, 2018 (Bill Hoffman, Speaking; Judy Hoffman, Attending)
