1. Takeover Report. We create a detailed report which provides vital information about the asset, as well as timely, accurate, detailed accounting and reporting.
2. Consulting Enterprise Valuations. We partner with the nation’s top real estate brokers to determine potential recovery, and make a hands-on assessment of operations, competition, location, and profit and loss statements.
3. Seizure of Assets. We are experts at locating, seizing and accounting for all assets of the receivership/bankruptcy estate: bank accounts, cash banks, and petty cash, as well as all other monies and securities.
4. Court Reports. We are adept at helping lender’s legal counsel prepare the "Order Appointing Receiver" to assure all issues are addressed in the first hearing, and avoid repeat trips to court. Our staff also prepares and files all receiver's documents and serves all appropriate parties, winding up the receivership, finalizing accounting, transferring licenses and franchises, filing final reports, and securing court approval and discharge.
5.Contracts and Leases. We have legal and operational expertise, in tandem with an extensive background in license and franchising negotiation, termination or transferring of licenses as appropriate; special franchise, liquor, and gaming licensing problems; franchise limited license agreements government permits and room tax payments and room, sales, and other government taxes.
